Taiwanese Pop scene typifies the phenomenon, as it crosses borders and cultures and dialects, however, has produced many styles and genres with transnational differently and appeal. Although many aspects of pop culture exist in a hyper-technological realm or virtual, it is necessary to have a definite physical center dedicated to the production and reception of pop.Taipei Pop Music Center has a gradient of mixed-use spaces in the public sphere entirely inside the auditorium, allowing visitors to participate in the dynamics of events however, choose to visit this resort.
Whether you plan a night of music or browse the myriad of shops, markets, cafes and restaurants, the complex will be an attraction independent 24-hour schedule of performances in the theaters.
The TPMC has a new public land elevation, which bridges the two construction sites currently divided by Xinsheng Rd. Corridor. The large public space is a pedestrian area of the creation of a coherent different audiences, although related to the life of the city, and effectively links the three main areas of the complex, the main concert hall, outdoor amphitheater, and Hall of Fame.
The public space is itself a focus for outdoor events, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. Here, the spectacle of pop music can hold and transmit to the world.Unlike a singular or inflexible entertainment, the TPMC enables both high-end, in the proceedings at the request of living with young artists, up-and-coming.
This has implications not only for the diversity of those attending the concert that the center will attract, but can also have important effects of collaboration in the production of pop music in Taipei. Pop Music Center of Taipei will become a new global hub for the music industry. It will discuss the existing types of music in Taipei and public space by linking to a broader set of greenways throughout the city, transport systems and pedestrian bridges.
Will be both a platform for the life of Taipei and a world center for the music industry. Pop, while a global phenomenon, is the regional development in its definition. The music scene in East Asia makes it the phenomenon, as it crosses borders and cultures and dialects, however, has produced many styles and genres with transnational differently and appeal.

The image of the Center Taipei Pop music should be based on the same values transnational music. As Times Square, Pop Music Center of Taipei exist at the same time as a media icon and a place in the real world.
The TPMC will test the rigidity of traditional performance space, RUR provides a summary of the park, theater and public space.
The evolution of pop culture has outgrown the traditional performance venues, models of the past century event spaces were largely credits adaptation of old forms of theater: the halls of the stadiums, concerts, or open fields (Woodstock).
Although these models continue to host adaptation isolated facts, they can not provide a proper context of identity or place of residence for new forms of production, output and consumption of pop music. Only a "brand" piece of city, a landmark, you can achieve this sleight of hand: a work is easily recognizable, which functions as an organic part of everyday life in Taipei. It is therefore important to concentrate on particular icons and connect them in a super-shape creates a site that will become synonymous with pop music industry.
We propose the creation of a new public high ground, filling the two works currently divided by Xinsheng Road Corridor. This effectively will join three large theaters and create a meaningful space different audiences, although related to the life of the city.
The large public space is a pedestrian zon3 to serve as service station concert hall, space for outdoor concerts and street clubs that houses the museum and hall of fame, public space is itself a focus for outdoor events, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. Here, the spectacle of pop music can hold and transmit to the world.
The diversification and expansion program this threshold and the output was key. We are providing the substrate - the material for now and pop events unforeseen events in the future. Our project therefore acts as a lens that allows focus and flows of people, young and old in different ways in different areas of the site environment. Creating a cultural center also invites the "environment" means users, can not be specifically scheduled to attend a concert or event, use and attach the TPMC, but rather operate as a park or a trade - a destination frequent but there is no specific itinerary.
The concept of cultural space has been fundamental rethink. Gone is the concert hall as a monument closed. Instead of a mere facade, we sought to create an expansion zone between the public and concert. The diversification and expansion program this threshold and the output was key.
A gradient of mixed-use spaces in the public sphere entirely inside the auditorium, allowing visitors to participate in the dynamics of events however, choose to visit this resort. Whether you plan a night of music or browse the myriad of shops, markets, cafes and restaurants, the complex will be an attraction independent 24-hour schedule of performances in the theaters.
The traditional outdoor venues for large events, such as stadiums, while very effective as machines for the concentration of large audiences, exposing its mono-functionality during downtime. Ultimately become hollow dead in the city that only vitiate the neighborhoods around them. We propose a new hybrid urban morphology has the ability to promote the myriad types of events and ensure the vitality of public use 24 hours.
The complex landscape of blending the beauty of the traditional rice ponds in Taiwan with a green energy system, a geothermal cooling pond will be located in a water source to join the natural history of Taipei with its sustainable future, The have geothermal cooling pond plates immersed in them to reject heat from the building, these plates replace traditional cooling towers, which are large, require maintenance and use of energy, a closed-loop pond heat reflection system used a closed circuit, if they notice that the water passes through the condenser pond water cooler, thus rejecting his heart, also rice ponds placed around the site will provide passive cooling for users near and the constant movement of winds in Taipei water.
The shape of our performance space outdoors is a hybrid of circus and the city, in fact our synthesized design that took centuries to accomplish, such as the coming of the Romans "Agonalis Circus" to the Piazza Navona.
With the mobile stage, our design can accommodate a range of scales of events and public uses and massive events, with capacity for an audience of 16,000 people to the small shows that operate simultaneously or with other functions, such as markets or day night.
Unlike a singular or inflexible entertainment, the TPMC enables both high-end, in the proceedings at the request of living with young artists, up-and-coming. This has implications not only for the diversity of those attending the concert that the center will attract, but can also have important effects of collaboration in the production of pop music in Taipei.
We have a vision of a coherent, not just a collection of performance spaces, but a new and vibrant part of town. In Hollywood is world cinema at the center of Taipei Pop Music is the emerging Asia.
