To make the design of this building, the architectural firm headed by Joaquin Torres has been based on the work of renowned Spanish architect Gaudi, especially in his famous "Casa Mila" (Barcelona), whose organic forms inspired by nature have served architectural inspiration for this project.
The house has been planned in five levels: two basement and three floors. The first is occupied by four bedrooms with bathrooms, library and playground, while the second is devoted exclusively to the master bedroom, besides having its own bathroom (with Jacuzzi), dressing room, with fireplace and a terrace.
On the ground floor are the family and public areas (lounge, dining room, hall, kitchen, porch ...). In the basement are located the following areas: indoor pool, spa, gym, cinema room, cellar, garage and service area and facilities. All this in a total area of 1.500m2.
